  Great service. They pointed me in the right direction when I asked a few questions online. It was a little unclear what AC adaptor I needed or if it was included after I made the order. I contacted them hoping to add it to the order if it wasn’t included. It wasn’t included in the discounted model I purchased which didn’t surprise me considering the price. They missed the shipment so sent me one free of charge which was brilliant customer service.

  Can’t speak highly enough of this company, I contacted them in regards to needing help setting up my fence, despite not even being a customer they were prompt and efficient in answering my sos.. I would buy from them purely based on the service rarely do you get such attention and at the speed I recieved it. ..and not even being a customer yet..I am now..I had been having issues with my fence for over a week, it was sorted, done and dusted within the hour once I alerted Electric Fence Australia to my issues..lifesavers!!!
