Faulty items can be shipped to us or the manufacture for replacement.
If your item is faulty you can return it with proof of purchase for a refund or exchange (Please include a note describing the fault and return contact details).
If there is a problem with your delivery or package please contact us ASAP so we can resolve the issue in a timely manner.
Please read the item descriptions before purchasing as we will not accept returns of open packages that are not faulty.
If you are unsure if a product is suitable please contact us before making a purchase.
We do accept returns of any unopened products (up to 60 days after purchase) and will provide a refund (minus a 10% restocking fee plus any freight charges incurred with the initial delivery of the goods) to the account that was used to pay for the goods.
Electric Fence Australia is not responsible for the cost of return freight, damage caused to items in transit, or any cost associated with returning goods to our store or to the manufacturer under any circumstances.
